Here’s where we’ll try to answer all of your questions about ConnectExpress and CSS Communications.

Q: What’s going to change about my account?
A: Where you go for support, and where the bill comes from. Everything else should stay the same. We’ve been working over the last year to make sure that the transition was simple for the customers.

Q: When are the servers going to be moved?
A: The servers were moved to the CSS Datacenter in Bellingham about 10 months ago. Your service has been running from these servers ever since.

Q: Will this affect my service?
A: If it hasn’t caused any problems so far, it’s not likely to.

Q: What’s going on with all of the spam?
A: Please see our SPAM FAQ.

Q: Is the price of service going to change?
A: No. CSS is planning to keep the pricing as it’s been for the foreseeable future. We are also looking to offer some enhanced services. Some may be added to your list of current services, others may be at an additional charge.

Q: Where is the old ConnectExpress website. There’s stuff there I used all the time?
A: You can find an archived copy of that site here.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password by going to our New Management Tool. You can also change your spam filter settings there.

Q: Can I pay with a Credit Card like I used to?
A: Yes. You can sign up for credit card payments here.
